建設業界の未来を、AIで変革する

私たちは今、建設業界の大きな転換点にいます。

AIやデジタル技術の進化により、これまでホワイトカラー中心だった変革は、現場の仕事そのものへと広がり始めています。
建設業界は長年、「3K（きつい・汚い・危険）」と呼ばれ、生産性や賃金といった課題を抱えてきました。

しかし私たちは、この課題こそがテクノロジーによって解決できる領域であり、大きな可能性を持つ分野であると考えています。
AI、LiDAR、BIM/CADなどの技術を活用することで、現地調査・施工・維持管理といった現場業務を変革し、より安全で効率的、そして価値の高い産業へと進化させていきます。

私はもともとエンジニアではありませんでしたが、45歳過ぎてからからPythonを学び、現在ではプログラミングやAWS、IPA資格の取得などを通じて、自ら技術を理解し、活用できるようになりました。
また、英語でコミュニケーションの壁を乗り越え、より直接的に価値を届けることを目指しています。
まだ道半ばではありますが、自らが変わることで社会を変える。
その想いを、日本だけでなくアジア、そして世界へ広げていきたいと考えています。

Transforming the Construction Industry with AI
We are at a turning point in the construction industry.
With the rapid advancement of AI and digital technologies, transformation is no longer limited to white-collar work—it is now extending to on-site operations.
The construction industry has long faced challenges such as low productivity and harsh working conditions, often referred to as the “3K” (hard, dirty, dangerous).
However, we believe these challenges represent one of the greatest opportunities for innovation through technology.
By leveraging AI, LiDAR, and BIM/CAD technologies, we aim to transform on-site processes such as inspections, construction, and maintenance—making them safer, more efficient, and more valuable.
I was not originally an engineer, but over the past five years, I have learned Python, obtained AWS and IPA certifications, and continue to deepen my understanding of technology.
By learning English, I am also working to improve communication efficiency and deliver value more directly.
We are still in the middle of this journey, but we believe that by changing ourselves, we can change society.
Our goal is to expand this impact beyond Japan to Asia and the world.
Guided by our philosophy, “CURIOSITY × CHALLENGE,”
we continue to embrace change and pursue the unknown.

創業時の想い
若者に投資できる未来を

IT業界に入り１０年が経ちました。
デジタル信号で物事をコントロールすることによって様々なものを便利にできる世界の中でとても楽しいと日々を過ごしています。

いよいよ２０１５年に起業をしたのですが、ご縁がありベトナムのパートナーと一緒に仕事をすることになりました。

IT業界に入り、またベトナムと日本を行き来して感じてきたことは、時間的ギャップと地理的なギャップを埋める手段としてITがあるのだと感じるようになりました。

地域によって歴史、文化の背景が違います。共有している絶対的な時刻は同じなのですが、スタート時点が違うのと、環境が違うので流れているスピード感というか”感じ方”はまったく違います。しかしほとんどの場合、進むべき方向性は一緒です。紆余曲折しながら発展しよう、豊かになろう（物質的、精神的に共に）と、、、
そして情報を仕入れながら共有しながら知恵を出し合い、創意工夫をして

人類が進化する欲望がある限り、時間と地理のギャップはあり続け、ギャップを埋める行為は続きます。

地域ごとにギャップを埋めていくということは全体として成長していくこと、世界の頭脳を共有していくことにつながります。
さらに、それを合理的に解決するためにITを利用する。見方を変えるとギャップこそが、我々の欲望（ギャップを埋める）を満たすためのビジネスチャンスであり、ギャップこそがビジネスプラットフォームなのです。

ただ残念ながら我々には余命があります。続けていためには時間の制限があります。
この問題を解決するには、後世にバトンを渡さなくてはならない、ただ自分がもらったバトンより進化したバトンを渡さねば

と、考えた結果が冒頭のメッセージで我々が目指すミッションです。

より多くの若者に資金だけではなく、様々な機会を与え、彼ら自身で成長できるようにしたい。

世界をよりよくするために、若い世代が活躍できる環境を私たちは提供します。

Investing in the Future of Young People

It has been ten years since I entered the IT industry. I find it incredibly exciting to be able to control things using digital signals and make various things more convenient in this world.

In 2015, I finally started my own business, and I had the opportunity to work with a partner in Vietnam.

What I have learned from entering the IT industry and traveling between Japan and Vietnam is that IT is a means to bridge the gap in time and geography.

Different regions have different histories and cultural backgrounds. Although we share the same absolute time, our sense of “feeling” regarding the speed and flow of time is completely different due to differences in our starting points and environments. However, in most cases, the direction we need to go is the same: we need to develop through twists and turns, become richer (both materially and spiritually), and share information, wisdom, and creativity.

As long as there is a desire for human evolution, the gap in time and geography will continue to exist, and we will continue to bridge that gap.

Bridging the gap in each region leads to overall growth and sharing the world’s brainpower. Furthermore, to solve this rationally, we need to use IT. In other words, the gap is a business opportunity that satisfies our desire to fill it, and it is the business platform.

Unfortunately, we have a limited lifespan. To continue, we need to pass the baton on to future generations, but we must pass on an evolved baton rather than the one we received.

We want to offer more opportunities for young people to grow, not just funds. We provide an environment in which the younger generation can thrive to make the world a better place.
